Packing
Packaging for the goods shall be at the discretion of the Honey Pot, which shall have the right to pack the goods in such a manner and with such materials and in such quantities as it in its absolute discretion thinks fit.

Delivery Charges
Delivery charges are calculated based upon the location in which you live. Note that charges shown are per order, regardless of the number of items ordered, up to a maximum shipping weight of 30kg. For further information regarding our shipping charges or for shipping to countries not included in our shopping cart, please contact us.
Please note that the customer is responsible for paying any redelivery, freight and/or return freight charge caused by refused shipment or unclaimed goods.

The services we use are as following:
Postal Service of the Czech Republic
This is the cheapest method of delivery. It is most frequently used for the delivery of bears. The average time of delivery is 4-20 days to any part of the world. All charges are calculated at the time you place your order and will be clearly stated in your shopping cart.

Express Mail Service (EMS)
This is the branch of the Postal Service of the Czech Republic that gives better service and is somewhat quicker on delivery. The maximum time for delivery is a period of 7 days. It is a little more expensive than the first option. To obtain a delivery time and cost, please contact us.

Please note: we always send to Russia by EMS to prevent the risk of losing parcels.

Federal Express (FedEx), DHL or UPS
Definitely the quickest and most reliable way to get your shipment. The average time of delivery is around 2-5 days. Services give you an opportunity to track your shipment via the Internet if you consider it worth the effort. Despite all the above-mentioned benefits, those services are the most expensive ones. Return Policy

Returns Due to faulty merchandise or errors of Honey Pot
If you are returning a Bear because of an error on our part, or in the case of damaged merchandise, we will be happy to refund any delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and we'll reimburse your costs in returning it to us.

Returns within 7 days of delivery
You have the right to cancel your contract within 7 working days of the goods have being delivered.  You will be responsible for any return postage charges and the costs of any other services provided to you in connection with your purchase (i.e., gift-wrapping, postage, etc.), in addition to a re-stocking fee of 15%. Please note that we DO NOT offer a free preview service. To arrange a return, please contact us first by e-mail  to notify us of your intention to return.

Items undeliverable due to invalid or incomplete addresses
If an item is returned to us as 'undeliverable' due to an incomplete address, which was at no fault of our own, we will offer two options:
1: a refund of the sale price of the item, minus any postage charges incurred
2: to re-send the item, once you have provided the complete address, charging you for the extra postage.
It is vital that you ensure you have the correct address when you place your order, as we cannot be held responsible for items undeliverable due to incomplete or invalid addresses.
We will contact you if your order is returned to us as undeliverable

A Bear can only be returned if it is in a resaleble condition, conforming to the following criteria:
• Product tags must still be attached to the Bear.
• The Bear must not smell of household odours i.e. cigarette smoke, perfumes, deodorants, air-fresheners, animals, children, or cooking.
• The Bear must not have suffered any damaged between the period of receipt and return.
• The Bear must not have been exposed to damaging external products e.g. water, food, or other damaging substances.

Please retain all original packaging, including outer packaging, to use if returning the goods.
